MP4[h264] Chapters with notepad?

I'm going to remux an h264 and aac with yamb
my demux gave me a blank notepad file stating chapters
is there a script that i can put in that will add chapters every 10mins or so ...
again i have searched but not really come up with what i'm looking for

This is the OGG format. I know MP4Box handles the OGG format, though I haven't tried it.

The time index is in format of hours:minuteseconds.milliseconds.
The chapters text file cannot have leading blank line(s).
